MEN'S SECTION
The dreadful weather conditions over the weekend of November 11 and 12 saw the normal weekend competition replaced by two daily singles stableford competitions which were played over 14 holes.
On Saturday Aidan Thornton (5) shot 35pts to take Division 1 while Simon Ryan (14) won Division 2 on 33pts. Kieran McCabe (26) was the Division 3 winner with 32pts.
On Sunday Brian Gaughran (8) was the Division 1 winner with 29pts while Kenneth Cairns (11) with 28pts took Division 2 and Diarmuid Dullaghan (24) shot the best score of the day to win Division 3 with 30pts.
Saturday, 11 November – 14 Hole Singles Stableford – Division 1: Aidan Thornton (5) 35pts. Division 2: Simon Ryan (14) 33pts. Division 3: Kieran McCann (26) 32pts.
Sunday, 12 November – 14 Hole Singles Stableford – Division 1: Brian Gaughran (8) 29pts. Kenneth Cairns (11) 28pts. Division 3: Diarmuid Dullaghan (24) 30pts.

LADIES SECTION
The Winter League, kindly sponsored by Deluxe Bathrooms, has passed the halfway stage, with only two of the six weekly competitions remaining.
The scoring in this week’s 14 hole stableford was impressive, with Katie Rowland and Ciara McGinnity both returning superb scores of 30 points to claim the Division 1 and Division 3 top spots respectively. Catherine Cafferty was the winner of Division 2 with 28 points.
The ladies AGM takes place on Tuesday December 5 in the clubhouse at 8pm.
