On the inter-club scene the Jimmy Bruen Shield team had a great win in the second round against Roganstown.
Tony McGuinness & John Paul Casey won 3&1 while Barry Cunningham & Dennis Cunningham won their match 2&1 as did Cameron Kilcoyne & John McKeever. The final pairing, Gerry Murray & Jim Dwyer, lost by one hole. This weekend the Senior Cup team meet Greenore on Friday at 16:40 while the Mixed Foursomes team face Seapoint on Saturday at 14:10.
