 The IJM Sponsored Scratch Matchplay Finals took place on Saturday, September 16. In the Senior Joseph Laverty had a walkover against Aidan Lawless while Billy Cairns beat Bernard Laverty in Junior Cup. Peter Moran defeated Laurence O’Hanlon to win the Intermediate Cup while Golfer of the Year Brian Crombie beat Ed Lawrence in Minor Cup final. Many thanks to Peter McCaughey and IJM for their kind sponsorship of this event and the Golfer of the Year award. The cups will be presented to the winners at the prize presentation scheduled to be held on Saturday 18th November.
