Newsam Cup team reach last four

On the inter-club front the Newsam Cup team beat Blackbush 4-1 in the quarter-final.

​The three wins were secured by Richard Copas and Alan Uzell (4&3), John Oakes & PJ Dooley (5&4) and Ray Pepper & Paul Mellon (2&1) while Michael Hamilton & John McEneaney and John McGeady & Gavin McDonnell were called in.
